At Westcountry Design, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
- Standard UK Delivery: Estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and time of year
International Shipping
We also ship to selected international destinations.
- International Delivery: Estimated 5–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal services
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local delays, or other factors outside our control
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size/weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
